FC Barcelona are reportedly interested in Paris Saint-Germain’s young prospect David Boly, according to Le Parisien.
At just 17 years of age, the Parisian right-back is considered one of the most promising players in his position in Europe. Having been called up to the first team on several occasions, Boly was even given his professional debut – and his first start – by Luis Enrique in the fifth round of the Coupe de France against Vendée Fontenay (0-4), back in December.
A key player in the Under-19 team that recently reached the semi-finals of the Youth League, where the Parisians were eventually defeated by Real Madrid (6-5 a.e.t.), Boly has caught the eye of scouts from all over Europe.
Clearly aware of their player’s potential – whose youth contract runs until 2027 – the Parisian management have no intention of letting him go so easily, as they regard the Colombes-born player as one of the Rouge et Bleu’s key prospects for the future. In other words, if Barça wish to secure his services, they will first have to reach an agreement with their French counterparts, who are unlikely to make things easy for them.
