Paris Saint-Germain are now negotiating directly with AS Monaco for Maghnes Akliouche, giving Luis Campos a live test of how aggressively the European champions want to reshape the attack after Goncalo Ramos’ exit.
According to AFP reporting carried by Flashscore, talks are moving well, although no full agreement has yet been reached between PSG, Monaco and the player’s camp. The same report states that Monaco want a package worth around €70 million including bonuses for the France international.

Luis Campos Faces Monaco Price Test
The timing is significant. L’Equipe reported that PSG were ready to accelerate once the Ramos sale to AC Milan created room in the forward line, while a previous ReadPSG report noted that Akliouche had already emerged as one of the club’s preferred Ligue 1 targets.
Akliouche’s appeal is clear: left-footed, press-resistant, able to play between the lines or from the right, and already hardened by Monaco’s European schedule. Transfermarkt lists him as under contract until 2028, which explains why Monaco can still demand a premium.
For PSG, this is no longer just a talent-spotting exercise. It is a valuation call. If Campos wants another high-end French attacker before pre-season, Monaco’s €70m line is now the number Paris must break, bend or walk away from.
