Goncalo Ramos will be suspended for Paris Saint-Germain’s Ligue 1 tie with Lorient at the Parc des Princes.
The Portugal forward was making just his 12th league start of the season away at Angers last weekend, and received his first yellow card in the 10th minute for a foul, three minutes after Kang-In Lee put PSG ahead.
Luis Enrique’s fringe side got further goals from Senny Mayulu and Lucas Beraldo, but Ramos was unable to get on the score sheet as he received a second yellow for another foul in the 74th minute.
The 24-year-old will only miss the Lorient game and return for the next tie at home to Brest on May 10.
Ramos’ form this season
The former Benfica man has made 41 appearances this season in all competitions, only 14 of them have been starts, none in the UEFA Champions League.
Ramos joined PSG from Benfica in the summer of 2023, initially on loan, before it was made permanent in November of that year for a reported €65 million.
He has scored 45 goals in 127 competitive games for the French club, but his future remains uncertain and has reportedly been offered to Italian giants AC Milan by super agent Jorge Mendes.
